I finally got around to colouring that other map I drew of Xibalba, with north oriented at the top like most maps.

I went full steam ahead with the level of detail on this one, to the point that, while painting all those individual mountain shadows, my laptop was like, “Please stop, you’re hurting me.”

But the world of Xibalba in my books has never felt more alive (…well, for a Land of the Dead, anyway).
